Account & Data Deletion Request

At ChemPlay, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you have created an account or used Cloud Sync (via Apple or Google Sign-In), you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

You can instantly delete your account and all stored cloud data directly inside the application without waiting:

1. Open the ChemPlay app on your mobile device.
2. Go to ChemMatch (or tap your Profile Avatar in the top header).
3. Open Settings / Profile and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision. Your account and all cloud-stored game records will be permanently removed immediately.

Method 2: Submit a Deletion Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request to our support team:

• Email: daip6690@gmail.com
• Subject: ChemPlay Account Deletion Request
• Information required: Please provide the email address associated with your Apple or Google account used in ChemCalc Pro.

Note: We will process your deletion request and permanently purge your data from our database within 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted?

When an account deletion is executed, the following information is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers:

• Your user authentication record (Supabase Auth ID, Google/Apple email, Display Name, and Avatar).
• All synchronized game progress (ChemMatch levels, stars, high scores, leaderboard records).
• Cloud inventory, virtual items, and economy balances.

What Data Is Retained?

• Guest Users: If you used the app without signing in, no personal data is stored on our servers. Simply deleting or clearing the app cache completely removes all local data from your device.
• Legal/Financial Records: Transaction records for in-app purchases processed via Apple App Store or Google Play are retained by Apple/Google according to their legal and accounting requirements.
