By downloading, installing, or using the ChemPlay mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ChemPlay on compatible mobile devices for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app, its designs, assets, or trademarks.

2. Lifetime Premium Upgrade (Pro)

ChemPlay offers a Premium upgrade that unlocks all chemical elements, reactors, unlimited reaction games, and removes third-party advertisements:

• One-Time Purchase: The Premium upgrade is a single, lifetime one-time payment. There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden fees, or auto-renewals.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase systems at the confirmation of purchase.
• Restore Purchase: You can restore your Premium lifetime purchase on any device logged into the same Google Play or Apple App Store account.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play Store and Apple App Store respective payment and refund policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the ChemPlay application (including chemistry game mechanics, physical models, compound reaction databases, design assets, and sound effects) remain the exclusive property of the developer. You may not claim ownership or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. Disclaimers & Accuracy

ChemPlay is an educational game designed to make learning chemistry fun and interactive. While we strive to model chemical compound reactions, chemical formulas, and states of matter as accurately as possible, the game is intended for educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional laboratory protocols or standard academic textbooks.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. ChemPlay collects anonymized analytical data and crash reports through Google Firebase Services to analyze performance, resolve bugs, and optimize your gaming experience. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of ChemPlay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
